PORTAFERRY/BALLYGALGET PARISH MISSION

A Festival of Flowers will be held in St Patrick's Church, Ballyphilip, Portaferry
over the May Bank holiday weekend of Saturday the 5^thto Monday 7^th May. The theme "In
Communion with Christ and with One Another" celebrates the 50^th International Eucharistic Congress.

The artistic director is Joan Magee. Joan will lead an experienced team of talented flower arrangers

from several Floral Art Clubs from across Northern Ireland to create interpretative

The festival will open with an interdenominational service at 10am on Saturday 5^th May and close at 6pm on Monday 7^th

Refreshments will be available in the adjoining school throughout the festival. Large parties can be
