St Columba's PTFA will be providing refreshments at the Market on the Square on Saturday 1st June from 10am. There will also be a raffle for a fabulous tea hamper. All proceeds will go towards much needed funds for St Columba's College Poetaferry and its pupils. So, take a break from the market and call in and join us for a cuppa, a home baked treat and a bit of craic. You'll be very welcome.Thanking you all for your continued support.

Following a review of our recent patient survey, Cuan Family Practice will be offering a new appointments system from June 2019. Open surgeries will cease and morning appointments will be available for anyone who needs seen urgently. Our reception staff are important members of the practice team and are trained to ask certain questions to help make sure you receive:

 

  • the most appropriate medical care
  • from the most appropriate health professional
  • at the most appropriate time

Routine appointments can be booked each afternoon (exc Thursday).

To keep phone lines available, we are unable to accept requests for repeat prescriptions by telephone (unless you are ill, frail or housebound). Test results can be obtained daily between 11am and 1pm.

VACANCY – TRIBUNAL/CHANCERY ADMINISTRATOR

We are currently recruiting for the role of Part-time Tribunal/Chancery Administrator within the Armagh Inter-Diocesan Marriage Tribunal and Judicial Vicariate offices based at 120 Cliftonville Road, Belfast, BT14 6LA.

The role holder will be required to provide an administrative and secretarial service for the Armagh Inter- Diocesan Marriage Tribunal (AIDMT) and Judicial Vicariate, and assist in the development and administration of records, systems and services provided by the AIDMT and Judicial Vicariate.

The terms are based on a permanent appointment requiring 24.5 hours attendance each week. Work pattern required will be Monday to Wednesday from 9.00 am to 5.00 pm daily and on a Thursday from 9.00 am – 12.30 pm. Salary and other relative terms are available within the application pack.
